1. Take a 10-30 minute walk every day. And while you walk, smile. It is the ultimate anti-depressant.
2. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day. Talk to God about what is going on in your life. Buy a lock if you have to.
After some forum crawling I found an option using Elgato’s program EyeConnect. I didn’t read much into (I get impatient) and just installed EyeConnect and went for it. My PS3 was able to see the files on my MacBook Pro, but it didn’t play any music or videos; I could only browse photos. Then I read more and found that there were an abundant amount of issues with this method because it was using EyeConnect as a work around and not what it was actually intended for (which I also didn’t read about ;] ).
I recently ran across the post “10 Benefits of Rising Early, and How to Do it” from the Zen Habits blog on Digg. The article has some great reasons as why to shift your schedule and become an early riser but I thought, as a person that consistently goes to bed anywhere from 4-6am, that I would respond with the 10 benefits of Staying Up late, and How to Do it.
This is a formula that I use often to strip the photos that I take of the “home video feel”. I currently only have a 2 mega pixel digital camera and with the 6 steps in this photoshop tutorial I am able to pull a very cool look out of the photos I take even with such a low grade camera.
