I absolutely love Dominic Donovan. I found him on youtube a while back and am totally hooked. I have decided to create a section for Dominic and periodically post my favorite videos that are released. This video is aptly title “Who is Dominic Donovan” so what better video to start with.

The Wii

WWWiiiiiiiii

Is this a plug for Nintendo’s new video game system the Wii? No…not at all. The new system was released November 17th and has been so popular that almost a month after the release of the Wii people are still lining up in the early hours of the morning in front of electronics stores in hopes of getting their hands on one. Good luck tools, I already got one! Well, only by waiting in front of a game store in the early hours of the morning.

Its hard to explain what the game play is like verbally so it’s nice that Nintendo provided the “Wii experience” videos. They show normal people playing the system, not like the ridiculous commercials that have come out for games like Red Steel where there is some moron hiding behind a couch pretending not to get shot by some Yakuza.

So check out the site, watch the videos, get totally pumped up, wait in line for you own Wii, get really good at Excite Truck and Wii Sports, give me a call, we’ll get together and you will get humbled.

Incubus

incubus
Incubus released their newest CD, Light Grenades, November 28th and it is awesome. I was relatively disappointed with A Crow Left of Murder. Something was off with the delivery of their music on that album, but they have comeback really, really strong with their follow up, Light Grenades. I feel like it is the CD they were trying to make with A Crow Left of Murder.

Along with the new CD came a new website, finally. I was so tired of their last site, it wasn’t bad, the artwork was awesome, it was just old. The new one has more spacial feel and of course has the sweet Incubus album artwork as the driving factor of the design; the hand-tongue thing is my favorite. Go to their site, enjoyincubus.com, to hear the new tunes. If likey you should buy-ey and not stealy.
